Saretta (Allswang) Lazovsky, a native Chicagoan, has a passion for the special education field. Her experience has been with Keshet, with the PACE program at National Louis University and at the JCFS Therapeutic Day School where she currently teaches in a middle school classroom.
Reading, spending time with family and friends and volunteering in the community keep Saretta busy when she is not working. For a number of years, Saretta was a weekly volunteer with the Spiritual Care Department at Skokie Hospital and continues to be affiliated with the department. She currently volunteers with a women’s group; planning chesed activities and learning sessions.
Saretta has been known to tell people that while some people may like to relax on Sunday mornings, she loves getting up early and going to work with the children at BHCBE!
